UPDATE: I resolved the issue by trying a 2nd time to install the NVIDIA driver. The 2nd time it worked.
I have downloaded iSpring Free for now. It is not having any problems creating a wmv screen recording file on Win 7 64 bit.
I am currently reading this page from Bandicam regarding the nvidia GeForce GTX 660 video card I have.

I was reading about the different video file formats. I tried FLV which I gather is the youtube format. I got the same error. Here is the log file.
