Question / Help [Resolved] OBS Studio 0.14.0 Logitech c920 total broken

I just installed obs studio 0.14.0 to test it and my c920 doesnt show up at all, when I go to the properties a green flicker appears where the camera usually shows but its not the aspect ratio of the camera.

I installed it seperately to my main use install which is 0.13.4, camera works perfectly still in 0.13.4

I have attached a photo of the screen i see in properties for the c920

Looking at the logs it says the camera is in use but I have done everything to ensure that it is not, and as soon as I close this version I can open 0.13.4 and camera works fine

Have a chroma filter on the camera?
