I've got a friend that recently installed the latest version of OBS Studio. I know he's on Windows 10, but not the rest of his computer specs off the top of my head. The long and the short of it is that he's missing the ability to use a lot of the transitions. Cut and Fade are the only things available for him to select. The entire Luma Wipe category doesn't exist for him.
We've verified the transition files all exist in the OBS folder, and tried running it as an administator. I've searched but haven't really found any threads about this particular problem happening to anyone else. Does anyone have any ideas why some transitions wouldn't show up?
