Question / Help [resolved] Audio level going down by itself

Quick question: When I activate a scene that contains video media sources including audio from my scene collection, my whole system audio volume goes down by 20dB.
Is that something the OS does automatically and if so why?
Or is this something OBS does?

I found out what this is:
It it a setting in the system sounds control panel on the 'communication' tab where the system automatically lowers the sounds of other sound sources by 80% if it recognizes 'other communication activities'.
Switching it to 'do nothing' fixed it for me.
This is just for anyone having a similar 'issue' and searching for a solution.
(this is translating from the German language control panel, so please excuse if this isn't exactly the same wording)
