Bug Report Resizing issues, the icons and display fonts are too big and cannot scale

I have resizing issues on my centos 8, after resizing the whole software, the size of the icon and display fonts are huge.I want to scale down some more but it is the minimum size already around 800*350 I think, here is a snapshot of how big the font and icon.
