RESIZED PANELS should be kept, and not reset, each time OBS is restarted

This is something very annoying:

Each time I have to manually resize and repositioning the panels inside OBS' GUI, even it they are locked!

• Is there a way to fix it?
• Is there any chance , if this is a bug, to get it solved, please?
