Question / Help Resize Scene

Hello, maybe this is a stupid question and so easy that i fell like a big dumb...but...

I've 3monitor setup, 5760x1080, but i only want to stream 1920x1080 of these monitors... but i can't :S
in older version i can do this...but in Studio i can't...

Can you help anyway?
