I wanted to start streaming , I know how 90% of the things work etc. but the only thing which I wanted to ask is , how much Upload-Speed Mbit/s do I need to be able to stream in a High Quality , so like all of the big streamers on Twitch. Atm I´ve got 50 Mbit/s Download and 10 Mbit/s Upload and when I´m streaming I´m getting this weird "Rubberband" and a pretty high ping etc.
