Required obs settings for my laptop

Hi I wanted to try out streaming on YouTube with my laptop. I'm using IdeaPad Gaming 3 15IAH7
Here are my laptop's specs:

Graphic card:

Upload speed:

I would like the settings on obs for nice smooth streaming on my side and on the viewer's side.

Use auto config within OBS Studio.
Beyond that, it depends .. ex what you are recording/streaming, what else is going on your computer (background processes and apps), your Operating System settings, etc.

I mainly streams game, on the background I usually leave Discord & Brave (an internet browser with Facebook & YouTube tab are on)
