Question / Help Request to Analyze Stream Log/ OBS Settings

Hi there. I used to stream Minecraft and Splatoon for hours on classic OBS with no issue. I stopped for a couple of months and when I came back classic OBS was unusable. I switched to Studio, which has allowed me to stream with highly fluctuating FPS as well as glitchy streams using a capture card. Here's my last stream log:

Alternatively I can post a longer log from last night. I've tried looking up about a dozen posts for advice with no positive results so I thought maybe it would be smarter to just have someone look at my personal setup. It's probably not necessary but my max internet upload speed in about 12.05 mbps.

Advice would be greatly appreciated. Also please tell me if you can't access my log on pastebin. I tried to follow the directions for posting as closely as possible but since I'm terrible with technology I probably messed something up. Thanks in advance.

3:58:05 PM.754: Output 'adv_stream': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 4363 (14.5%)

You probably need either updated intel display drivers from intel (don't use windows update for drivers) or a dedicated video card.

Your monitor resolution is 1280x1024 (5:4)

You have set a canvas size of 3200x1800 WRONG!!!

Canvas size= monitor resolution IN YOUR CASE: Your elgato capture resolution (1920x1080)

Output resolution: 1280x720

UPGRADE to last OBS version

So I changed my base and canvas resolutions, upgraded to the latest obs and I upgraded my intel driver, there's some improvement but i suppose I just need to look into getting another graphics card. I appreciate the help. Seriously. Were there any other glaring issues you may have noticed?
