Request to allow more than 20 seconds audio offset

The sync offset under Advance Audio properties allows a maximum of 20 second delay. I have a need to sync radio feeds with a broadcast video which at least has a 30 second delay. If I need to post information about this request, please update post.

You can simply start OBS 2 times, however you should not make any configuration changes in the duplicate session, because in case both instances write to the same configuration files, they can get damaged or changes can get overwritten by the other instance. How would this help I am having a hard time figuring out how this will help. Is there no other solution to this issue?
