Request for video playback speed selector

Hi, it would be nice to be able to select video playback speed from video source properties. The reason is to be able to show videos in slow motion, especially when I use replay buffers to show instant replays while streaming.

VLC does support playback at different speeds, I guess one could make use of the feature if OBS provided a way to control it in its UI.
