Request for plugin api access to showing/hiding docks?

Would love to be able to show/hide docks from lua/python scripts and/or native plugins.
A sample use case would be switching from one layout useful during setup and another layout during streaming.
An alternative idea would be to allow for multiple dock layouts and being able to easily switch between them (so we could save one dock layout set for livestreaming and another for recording, etc.).

On a related request -- the ability to set the browser url for browser docks via script/plugin.
