[request] Create portable OBS with profile and automatically run streaming

Hello!
I want to know if is possible to create a portable OBS (exe), with a specific profile (with url, streamkey, etc.).
Then, by clicking on this portable version I will start directly the streaming, no needs to input manually values.

It is possible? If yes, how? If no, there is some workaround to solve this problem?
