I hope this isn't a large ask.
I currently own a GTX 1060 and would like to take advantage of its ability to encode using HEVC for recording purposes. I know Youtube and Twitch don't support streaming with HEVC, but I would like to save some space on my drives when I decide to record some long footage. I know NVENC HEVC is already supported in ffmpeg, so I hope this isn't a big ask to add it as a recording feature.
If there is another way of adding this functionality without having to rebuild OBS Studio from scratch or make a feature request, I would really appreciate the instructions for doing so.
