Reproducing videos in browsers but can't record if I don't show them on screen

The issue is that while I'm reproducing 2 videos simultaneously in Chrome, the one that is not on the screen turns black (when I click the Chrome icon in the task bar) so OBS does not record(it captures the window and records the audio but the video turns black) unless I show the video on the screen. I don't know if the problem is my laptop or Windows 10 (updated), but I want to be able to do other stuff while recording.

Modern browsers stop displaying video in the background to save power. In Chrome you can turn it off at chrome://flags/#calculate-native-win-occlusion.
