Question / Help Replay buffer video is tearing when played

Hi guys,
I am trying to use OBS Replay Buffer feature for my stream but having a bit problem. When I save Replay Buffer and change to scene to play the footage back, the video plays very glitchy way almost if the screen is tearing. Not really sure the exact term to describe it but very much like screen is painting the pixels slowly. I have attached sample photo. It continues for about 1-2sec and becomes good. It only happens when I play the saved Replay for the first time, and if I play it second time by switching the scenes back and forth the video plays without any issue. But as you know during live stream that is not an option, I want it to play crystal clear on the first try.

Log-file from the session is welcomed. Maybe you need to disable hardware acceleration for the Media Source you are using for replays.
