Replay Buffer Encoder?

Basically Title.

But with the latest release of Aitum's Virtical plugin and it basically using the built in replay buffer within OBS.

My question is basically, what encoder does Replay Buffer use, it seems that it uses whatever the streaming encoder is set to, but would love more info on it.

The replay buffer uses the recording encoder and inherits its settings. Not the streaming encoder.
