My replay buffer is set to record 90 seconds of video, and it does, but for some reason the video has no length in properties and when I open in it windows media player is displays no length so I can't scroll through videos. If I open it in clipchamp though, it does show the video having an ending. is there anyway I can fix this?

It is normal. Try modern player. For example "mpv player" or VLC media player. Or you need to change format of your recordings. Fragmented mp4 format robust and streaming optimized but old media players not aware of all features of new format. If your player supports mkv format of media container you may try to set it as recording format in OBS output settings. Or you may re-multiplex your files to non-streamable plain mp4 format via the main menu File > Remux Recordings but do not mess up with output names to not overwrite existing files. Re-multiplexing is fast and lossless for video and audio data of your footage.
