Replay Buffer button isn't showing

Recently, I'm not sure if it was an update or not, the replay buffer button didn't show up when I brought up OBS. Is this a bug or is there no need to press the replay buffer button?

Settings > Output > Replay Buffer > check box for "Enable Replay Buffer" > [Apply] > [OK]

Already on. It disappeared one day after I updated obs and streamlabs.
