OBS 30.2.3 MacBook Pro (2020) 2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5 Sonoma 14.6.1
This was to run a live broadcast to Facebook.
Video sources: iPhone linked via EpocCam and Elgato Camera Hub 1.10.2, Quicktime Player
Audio source: Griffin Technology iMic USB adapter
I set up the streaming link to Facebook, ready to go live, and prepared to switch to the Quicktime video which runs once live and prior to the actual event beginning. When I clicked 'Transition' OBS crashed. A setup which usually takes 5 or 10 minutes took 40 minutes, and in the end I had to bypass OBS altogether and just connect the camera and audio sources direct to Facebook, which meant I couldn't run the Quicktime video and then switch to the camera at the start of the event. I tried quitting OBS and relaunching. I tried quitting everything and relaunching. I tried restarting the laptop and going again, but every time the crash recurred. The first crash log is here https://pastebin.com/PfcVVCVW, and the last one (after which I gave up) is here https://pastebin.com/c4eEqXCw
I don't have the knowledge to interpret it, but in each case the crashed thread is 'audio-io: audio thread" with different thread numbers on each crash.
I will be grateful for any help in understanding what is going on, and more importantly being able to fix it.
Thanks
