Minor bump

Kinda just wanted to get a working/workable version out there

So 32.1 introduced some issues. I am aware. Is it perfect? NO. Workable though. My dev environment was never intended to work on multiple OBS versions that had breaking changes. Wasted too much time trying to get both nice, hence the gap between releases, sorry. I have time to focus on this again. So while I dont want to hammer everyone with constant updates because that's annoying, I would expect at least a meaningful update...
