Rendering lag

I streamed & recorded for a few hours on Feb. 23rd and today.

Everything went fine on the 23rd, but today's streaming and recording had major rendering lags. As far as I can see, I haven't changed any of my OBS settings/scenes except tweak the resolution of the video capture device from 720px to High, but even after switching it back to 720px the render lag issue persisted. Attaching the two log files.

My Graphics is AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 4 GB / Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB.

Adding more context: I've added Malwarebytes' "browser guard" extension to the browser windows captured in the scene, and I've also disabled autoplay which means that in YouTube's live control room, the video preview wasn't playing (I forgot to hit play). I wonder if these would be possible causes?

Any advice would be much appreciated as I have another stream coming up on Friday and won't want to mess up...
