I've been able to stream several different games in Windowed Borderless mode for close to 2 years and, since moving to Windows 10 v1903, I keep getting rendering lag, sometimes only a handful of frames, sometimes a few seconds worth in every single game.
Same driver version, freshly installed but exact same OBS version/settings and so on.
Fullscreen, both before and after the Windows version upgrade, never gave me any issue but I preferred Borderless Windowed due to the convenience of not breaking anything when I Alt+Tab to control some other app.
Am I stuck with Fullscreen or did I miss something?
EDIT: Nevermind, it was indeed a Windows 10 update mess up, as usual. Latest cumulative update fixed it entirely, seems windows search CPU bug was the likely culprit.
