Rendering lag with next to nothing enabled.

I'm trying to determine what it is that's causing my rendering lag to drop sporadically. I've changed output scale, fps, removed + added sources, changed any local video loops to browser sources through streamelements, etc. I just can't figure out what is causing these missed frame spurts.

With my rig I really shouldn't be seeing any drops unless under heavy load, but I see them under minimal load.

Honestly at my whits end here. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Update: Went through AB tested all my sources. Turns out it was the png transparent image I had enabled. After disabling/deleting I see no rendering lag issues bar tabbing in and out of game. So hopefully that solved my issue.
