Rendering Lag - Missed Frames

I'm having an issue with my new computer. I get missed frames due to rendering lag. Can't imagine it's my computer as it's pretty beefy (12700k, 3080ti, 32gb ram 3600mhz). Anything you guys can see from this log that I might have missed? Thanks in advance!

Update: turns out the issue was with the game itself (path of exile). Had its renderer set to Vulkan and switched to DX11, rendering issues gone.
