I was streaming stably at 720 60 fps on my old rig except for super intensive cpu games which would drop fps. I upgraded to a much better PC (details attached) and since have had big issues with rendering lag seemingly mostly in menus and when initially loading. I know there are issues with windows10 and OBS compatibility, I have capped fps, changed cpu priorities and lowered graphical settings but to no avail. Strangely this sometimes settles during gameplay and then spikes without warning. I have turned off windows game mode which seemed to help a little bit gameplay wise but did not address the main issue.
