Ok I have to say a bunch of things before, I've been streaming for 4 years and I made I think a couple of posts in 2016 and then every time I had a problem I always found the answers online and fixed it quite fastly. But this time I'm kind in a dead-end. I'm going to list all the things I've tried and I'm going to underlying how NONE of them have changed anything AT ALL, none of these things have made it better nor worse.
The point is, I've been streaming a year with these settings and the stream was going smooth until a month ago, then this problem started. I tried multiple fixes and nothing is not only fixing it but changing anything at all. The problem seems to be unaffected by all these changes.
Problem being 0.5% rendering and encoding lag resulting in encoding overload and missing frame. It's almost always the same amount of frames lost.
And there seems to be no triggers for these drops, they just happen at random moments, no tabbing out, no heavy loading, no heavy stuff on screen, randomly.
I stream this game that is Dota Underlords and I love it because I could always stream it with really high quality settings because it's almost a still image all the time.
So I tried just to keep OBS opened and I realised tha the rendering lag happens even in a completely empty scene and it still does the rendering frame drops.
I'm kind of starting to think it might be the fact that I have 2 monitors with different refresh rate but I don't get why it started a month ago. I've been having them for 7 months.
I really need help to fix this.
Thank you in advance

- Lowering game quality
- Going from borderless to exclusive fullscreen
- Capping game frames to 60 (with and without v-sync)
- Capping game Mhz from 144 to 60
- Putting streaming profile from quality to performance
- Putting streaming profile from quality to max quality
- Turning off look-ahead and psycho visual tuning and put max b-frames to 2
- Cleaning my pc from dust
- Cleaning my ssd from 750gb uded memory to 450gb
- Installing old Nvidia GPU drivers
- Putting downscale filter from lanczos to bicubic
- Getting rid of display capture
- Getting rid of most scenes except game, webcam and alerts
- Giving OBS Process Priority to Above normal
- Starting OBS as administrator
And probably some more I just forgot about
None of these worked
