Rendering and Encoding Issues

Hi All,

I have been having terrible encoding and rendering frame rate drops when streaming. I mainly stream Warzone and it is the only game that I have issues when streaming it. I have attached OBS log from my most recent stream and My PC Specs are:
Processor: AMD Ryzen 9 3900X (12-Core) 4.6 GHz Turbo
Motherboard: ASUS ROG Crosshair VIII Hero
System Memory: 32GB DDR4 3200MHz
Power Supply: 1000W Performance Series
Storage Set 1: 1x SSD M.2 (500GB)
Storage Set 2: 1x Storage (2TB Seagate)
Graphics Card(s): 1x GeForce RTX 2080 Ti
Cooling: Vortex Liquid CPU Cooler (Dual Fan)

Any advice or suggestions on what I'm doing wrong would be greatly appreciated!

GPU too high used, lower settings in game.
Why you use resolution 1704x960 ? why not 1920x1080.
960 / 9 = 106,6666 * 16 = 1706,6666 is not correct.
