I have not used OBS in a few months, but when I went to open it today, I found that it could not perform the most basic of preview functions, as it was constantly missing frames due to rendering lag. It is jumping from 10 to 30 ms, and that's keeping my FPS at 25 or less with stuttering. I have looked at the log file, and will include it, but the rendering lag is not captured, it seems.
I am running an AMD Ryzen 5 2600, NVIDIA GTX 750, with 32G DDR4, on an SSD.
I have updated my Video Drivers, as well as tried rolled-back versions. I have also done the same with OBS, all the way back to 27.0.
I have monitored my CPU and GPU usage, and neither rarely get above 30%, which remains true when I have tried either the x265 or the NVENC codecs. I will consistently drop 5-20% of the frames though, no matter what source I'm looking at. Also, in Studio Mode, it seems both sides drop an equal number of frames as in Program-Only Mode.

There is no Output Session, as I don't need to create one for this issue to exist. This also means my encoding lag is 0%.
The problem seems to be render lag, and I'm not sure how to fix that. I appreciate any help.
