Render-Time ; Elgato CamLink Pro vs BlackMagic Decklink Quad

Can anyone here explain to me
why the render time with an “Elgato CamLink Pro” (4x HDMI Capture Card)
takes almost 10ms longer than with a
“BlackMagic Decklink Quad” (also a 4x HDMI capture card)

~16ms vs. ~6ms

all other settings and hardware are identical

Input: 1080p50
used PCIe slot is the same
