Remux not working correctly...

I'm not sure from what update this started, it could have been the last one which is the current update 30.0.2, but I've been away from my computer for awhile now and decided to do the upgrade when I loaded OBS up.
This problem resists on 2 different computers running Windows 10 Pro. The one I'm on now has 2 new apps that I added: Advanced Scene Switcher and the Lower Thirds app. The other PC doesn't have these 2 apps and it's doing the same thing with the Remux problem.

I can Remux my recorded videos when I first start OBS. Once I Remux a video or several videos at the same time, I don't have that option to Remux a new recording again unless I exit out of OBS and go back into OBS.
I started recording at 9:16am on 12-23-2023 and stopped it at 9:17, then I recorded again at 9:18 and stopped that one at 9:19, and recorded again at 9:20 and stopped that about a minute later. All three files were showing to get Remuxed, and I Remuxed all 3 at once. The Remux worked then but if I was to have Remuxed just one file (or all 3) and then gone back to Remux another recording later, I don't have the option to Remux. I don't even see the 3 little dots that show up in the Remux window to the right of where it states "OBS Recording".

Any ideas as to what might be the problem?

Here's a new log file but with this is a link to a YouTube video, from what I recorded on my Canon Powershot camera, that shows the steps I'm taking and when the problem arises.
As you can see, and what I didn't notice the first time, is the previous recorded .mkv file was available to Remux AFTER I restarted OBS. This file was there to Remux from the previous message and log file but I couldn't Remux it after Remuxing other files first.
Once I restarted OBS, I was able to Remux the file, as you can see in the YouTube video.

I do know that before I upgraded to this latest version of OBS, I was able to record a video, Remux it, record another video or several videos, Remux them one at a time or all at once, and not have a problem with the Remux feature.

News to your issue will be here:
So......are you saying I should use the Beta 30.0.0 version until there is a fix for this?
According to RytoEX: "Looks like this specifically regressed in OBS Studio 30.0.0-rc1 where we updated from Qt 6.5.2 to 6.5.3"

I'm running 30.0.2. Should I revert back to an earlier version of OBS that's not Beta, or will there be a fix for this?
Thoughts?

After the first remux is complete just drag & drop the additional file(s)

It's generally not recommended to use older versions of OBS. Until this is fixed, you can use something like Avidemux or VLC.
That's why I was asking.
For now, I'll just wait until I'm done recording all I want to at a sitting and Remux the whole batch of them at once.

Patiently waiting for a fix....

Bummer, I don't have any issues with drag/drop & v30. Anyway, both apps suggested by qhobbes will get the job done.

Lucky you....! I have 2 Windows 10 Pro pc's running OBS 30.0.2 64 Bit and neither of them work with the drag & drop feature for the Remux windows.
I wonder what I might be doing wrong there?!?

I uploaded the video again to YouTube. Once I got an answer from Suslik V with a link that they posted, I removed the video thinking no one else had the same problem as me and that I had to wait for an update/fix. Guess I was wrong and I apologize for that.

Here's the video link explaining the problem I have: Remux problem

EDIT: For now, I just wait until I'm done recording all of the videos I'm working on and Remux them all at the same time.
