Removing Camera Audio Source

Hello everyone! I had an issue which I could use some help on. I have elgato cam link (aka my Sony a6400) and it's showing up as an audio device in advance audio settings. It's even maxing out audio buffering even though no audio is coming from it. Is there any way to disable it in OBS? I've disabled the Cam Link 4K digital audio interface but the audio source still shows up in advanced audio properties.

I have similar issue. I have two cameras and a separate computer connected for presentation display. All connected via blackmagic or usb. I use an external mixer for audio input connected to the OBS computer audio input. I want to remove the cameras and second computer as audio sources so they don’t appear in the mixer. They don’t appear as audio sources in profile settings so I can’t disable them there.

Is there a way to hide or disable them I’m not seeing? It would be nice to be able to disable them there or hide/delete them in the mixer.
