Question / Help Remove Right Pane + Stopping

Hello,

Since updating to OBS 20.1.0 on Windows 8.1, I now have 2 panes (left and right).
I used to just have one big one, which would show the screen/tab I am recording. How do I remove this right pane, and get it back to just one big one?
(Basically I think it's remove the transitions on the right?)

Secondly, when I click "stop recording" it takes forever. For example, I just recorded my screen for about 1 hour and I clicked "stop recording" and it is saying "stopping recording", but it has been like this for about 5 minutes so far. It used to only take about 5 or 10 seconds, not 5+ minutes.

Further to this, right now it's all white and it does this a lot, but it does seem to still record the screen, but I can't view it in the preview like I used to:

Log File of that specific recording that is still saying "stopping":

You turned on Studio Mode. Click the Studio Mode button to turn it off again.

Looks like your PC is struggling to keep up with the encoding settings you're using.

And finally:
Code:
arning: The OpenGL renderer is currently in use. On windows, the OpenGL renderer can decrease capture performance due to the lack of specific features used to maximize capture performance. The Direct3D 11 renderer is recommended instead.

Why would you ever change that? Put that option back on Direct3D 11.

Hi thanks. I have turned off Studio Mode now haha, sorry that was dumb - I didn't realize I had clicked it. wow.

I just changed it back to Direct3D, and I remember now...
The reason I have OpenGL is because when I use Direct3D it shows only a BLACK screen, no images anywhere at all. In the preview or anywhere else. It was on one of the OBS updates a while ago, and I googled the solution, it showed me that which I tried and it fixed it, making it work fine again. Is there another solution?

Now I try change back to Open GL again, that option has vanished. All i see now again is black, and nothing on the screen. How do I change back to fix it again?
