Remove Green Bar

Hi,
I am brand new to OBS and cannot figure out how to remove the green bar at the bottom of my screen. If I use OBS virtual camera the green bar goes away, but when I switch to my webcam green bar comes across the bottom of the screen. I have tried to change the out scale resolution, but unfortunately that did not do anything. Does anyone have any suggestions to help remove the green bar?

Can you provide a screenshot? There shouldn't be any green bar.

Thank you, but I eventually found how to remove the green bar, it was the scale resolution. For whatever reason it was not working the first time, but did work when I tried the next day. Thanks for writing me, I really appreciate it!
