Question / Help Remove Desktop windows duplicate screens

Sorry a beginner question here but how do you remove duplicate windows capture screens in OBS?
I'm pretty new here and when I create a source(my desktop) it shows 5-6 of them.

Use a 2nd monitor; or

Turn off the preview.

This "hall of mirrors" effect is normal if you are running the OBS window on the same display you are capturing.
