Question / Help remove an old source from OBS studio

hello all, i update my machine to the windows april creators update, and discovered later that it 'broke' my webcam as it wouldnt showup in OBS. i got that fixed, but now i have 2 webcam source entries in OBS studio, one that works, and one that doesnt. how do i remove the old entry for my webcam source?
