Remote control as default ?

Is it possible from next releases, to have the possibility to remote control OBS?
I mean, till no everything should be made by keyboard or to install plug ins etc.
Is it possible to have this feature implemented as standard into OBS?

To switch scene using a Smartphone or Tablet, it's really a great thing to have.

This can currently be achieved by using obs-websocket and OBS Tablet Remote.

We do want to include obs-websocket as part of the base OBS installation at some stage, but currently there is no ETA.

I have not clue what an ETA is, however I'm wondering if I can download the code on OBS Tablet Remote and upload it on a local server. So that in case the bookmark says "goodbye", I can recall the code from my server directly.

Beside this: I do hope soon it will be integrated. it will be great

An idea could be just open a serving port on OBS, where the Tablet Remote is automatically served and usable ... it's simple and great at the same time

Yes, downloading the whole code and putting it into a normal DIR on my PC it's working ... it's sufficient that OBS is running.
