Reload Pre-existing Setup

I'm not sure if there has been a post on this before. I recently had to completely reset my PC, and reinstall windows and everything. Now my OBS is no longer there. Is there a way to get my old setup back? or do i have to start it all over again? i know before when i built this new PC it all just transferred from my old one somehow, but not sure how to do it again if so.

I don't think you can if everything was wiped off the old pc before a re-install...
That's why you should have backed up all your files before you re-installed windows...
Maybe another one here can help you but I don't think it's possible without a backup or recent image that was saved to a disk.

Thanks for the response. Actually after reading it, i dug deeper cause i wasn't seeing any backup options on OBS like i did last time. Went to my spare computer where i started originally and noticed that I never installed that StreamElements Live. thats where my backups actually were. Wasnt exact from right before my PC was wiped but not too far back. Better than having to start from scratch again
