Greetings programs.
So i've put up quite a few videos with OBS so far. But really really basic videos. I'm trying to spruce them up; you know, music, clips, cuts, yadda yadda. And i was wondering how to do these things so i was wondering if i could be pointed in the right direction to do so or get some tips.
Primarily - i was wondering how to save a group of things together (camera/mic/clips/tune) so that a different stream didn't use what another has. Is that what profiles are? If so, i must be using THOSE wrong cause nothing changes between the ones i have.
Secondly - is there a way to group events together? Like a music clip playing when a cut scene/pic is up before a transition? Or should i just be using Hot Keys to handle all the items?
Also - is it better to let OBS handle transitions or create your own? I suppose that would be in the eye of the user, i'm just curious if peeps think OBS has good images and fades or if they would be better served brought in third party.
A thousand thanks.

This is what scene collections are for. Inspect the menu "Scene Collection". Scene collections contain the items in "Scenes" and "Sources".
Profiles contain everything else, i. e. everything you configure in Settings.
