Reinstalled windows and in-game audio not showing, Neither is Game Capture in OBS

I put a new SSD in my computer and reinstalled windows and installed the latest version on OBS. When I get on a game and go to add an audio capture of the game it does not show the audio working in the meter. I used the same settings and even tried different ones and it still will not show that the game audio is playing in the meter. I have attached a couple images . Ever since I installed windows again it just does not work now.
The Game Capture does not work now either.

So I figured out why this was happening. I went into my BIOS and fixed my ram speed to read right and it fixed the issues.
I do not understand how that would fix these issuse but ok.
