Regular user of OBS, still can't make game capture work...

Hi everyone,
I have been using OBS for quite some time now, and I have always been able to stream games from my PC and my PS5 without any issue at max settings.

I also just bought a latest up-to-date computer and a powerful video card.

Now, I am trying to stream a PC game (dota 2), but when i add a source "Game Capture" with the appropriate window, the game looks extremely laggy and, to be honnest, perfectly horrible to watch on the OBS screen (and therefore on Twitch).

My CPU shows 0% useage.

What am I missing ??

On my obs screen, it looks like i have 5 fps... kind of annoying...

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
