Registration notification

Hi all, is there any possibility to have a visual display of registration?
For example, on Nvidia GeForce, when you start recording a green dot appears. Is it possible to enable this option also on OBS?

If you enable the system tray icon in Settings->General->System Tray, you see the recording status visualized in the system tray. However, if your app is fullscreen and the Windows task bar not visible, you're unable to see it. There is no overlay for fullscreen apps.
