Register OBS?

How do I register OBS? I cannot seem to find a way to register this program. I have been livestreaming, but there is a banner that shows which says PLEASE REGISTER. I keep attempting to find a place to register the program, but nothing shows up and I am annoyed by the message on all of my live videos.

I use a ClearClick HDMI to broadcast and record my game progress. Let me know, I want to know what to do ASAP.

Claymore, OBS is free and doesn't require registration. Make sure you are downloading it from https://obsproject.com/download
If your capture device uses some special software, it may require registration which is causing that message in the source.

Also, strongly recommended to use wired/ethernet connection if possible when streaming.
