Question / Help Regarding Intel i5 6500

Hey friends,

I'd love to be able to stream Final Fantasy XV when it comes out but am on a TIGHT budget. Do you think it would be possible to do 720p 60 with a locked i5 6500?

Also, would I be able to leave the stock cooler on? My PC won't explode if I don't spring for an aftermarket cooler, right?

You can use Intel quicksync(done by iGPU=integrated GPU) if you don't want to load your CPU,but i haven't tried but I guess x264 CPU encoding 6500 can handle it pretty well
with 6500,stock cooler do its job,I'm using it now,it remains 60 degree when heady load(Celsius temperature scale)
Nvidia has NVENC for hw encoding
AMD has VCE for hw encoding
So if you don't want load your CPU by encoding stream so not losing your gaming performance for constant 60FPS,Yes it should be
