Refuses to install on laptop

Started the install, told me i needed the C+= runtimes, i downloaded them, obs studio installer no where to be found. Tried re-running installer and it says it's already running. Rebooted the laptop, tried running the installer and it says it's already running. I checked process manager no setup program is running in apps, in processes (all users) nothing. Windows 7 32 bit. Help?

hmmm, Guess the copy of it I installed on my desktop running windows 7 shouldnt work then either but it does. Just wanted it on the laptop so I didnt have to lug a whole tower PC down to the kitchen to make a cooking video

Windows 7 is not longer supported by it's developers (unless you got the big bucks) and as listed on the Download page, no longer supported by OBS developers. If it works, great, but if you're having any issues, upgrade Windows.
