Refresh Advanced Audio Properties window listing

When deleting a source, it would be good to have the Advanced Audio Properties listing refreshed, so that the deleted sources are no longer visible in the listing.

At the moment I need to select the "Active Sources Only" and deselect it again to have them removed from the listing.

Also saving the window-size (w&h) & position of the Advance Audio Properties window would be nice, keep having to move and adjust it each time I open it.
