Question / Help Reduce Twitch Stream Delay

I want to figure out how to reduce my stream delay any suggestions? if you need more info such as my specs and internet lemme know.

The delay is caused by the streaming protocol used by Twitch (RTMP plus HLS), there is nothing you can do about it except the "reduce latency" checkbox in your profile settings, which may reduces it to 15-30 seconds instead of 20-60 seconds.
