Question / Help Reduce Twitch Stream Delay

I want to figure out how to reduce my stream delay any suggestions? if you need more info such as my specs and internet lemme know.

That's about normal delay for twitch, it's hard to get it below that.

I'm not sure if you have tried this already.

Head to your twitch settings > Channel and Videos
Scroll down until you find the option "Reduce Stream Delay" and tick that.
Just remember that doing so could result in some viewers buffering more.

I have tried this still no help :( please help someone @Harold I have got around 8 before since I have Reduce Stream Delay ticked I have changed around delay settings in obs but I turned them off after and now it seems if delay is bad.

That's about normal delay for twitch, it's hard to get it below that.

Normal delay on Twitch is around 5-7 seconds now I believe.
