Question / Help Reduce number of lagged frames?

High ive recently been trying to get the right settings to record gameplay but there is always so many lagged frames. How do i reduce this??

Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 10466 (42.3%)

that helped alot thx should i be aim to get 0% or is a few % ok

The best, no lag, is when that line is not present in log.
So, rescale down and / or reduce FPS until you get no lag.

Many people refer to any performance problem in an online game as “lag.” But if your computer’s frame rate is low, that isn’t the same thing as lag – lag and low FPS are different problems with different causes.some days ago, i downloaded a free program avi on android to reduce my videos frame rate, however it seemed didn't work. do you heard the software? anybody can help me
